These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website https://cover4me.pt and the commercial relationship between the Cover4me online store and its customers.

The Cover4me store is operated by Natura For Me, Lda., headquartered at Av. da República, 6, 1069-013 Lisboa, NIF 516064657, contact: info@natura4me.pt. The Cover4me brand represents the online retail activity of pool-related products.

Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations regarding the ordering, sale, delivery and after-sales service of the products offered at https://cover4me.pt.

Order Process

Customers may place orders via the website, email, or WhatsApp. Orders are only considered valid upon confirmation by Cover4me. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of error, out of stock, or suspected fraud.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Payment may be made by bank transfer, MB Way, credit card, or other options presented at checkout.

Deliveries

Deliveries are made by courier or, in some cases, by our own team. Delivery times vary depending on the product, location, and availability. Shipping costs are shown prior to order confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with applicable law, customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt. Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Customized products are not eligible for return.

Warranties

Products are covered by a 3-year warranty (or 2 years for professional customers), in line with applicable legislation. Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation is excluded.
